Can the gravimetric blender be connected to the ERP system and MES system?

Yes, no problem. It has four protocols: TCP, UDP, ISOon TCP, and Modbus TCP. Please check which protocol your system uses.

Is it possible to automatically skip when one of the components has no materials (such as crushed materials), and continue to mix the remaining formulas and operate normally?

Okay. we can customized program. We can add a low level sensor on the ground material buffer hopper, and when ground material is lower then that sensor, it will give signal to the PLC, and PLC will skip that material. For example, your recipe is virgin 70%+ground 20%+color 2%+additive 8%, when lack of ground material, PLC will skip it, so the blender will work at virgin 70%+color 2%+additive 8%.

Do the valves operate well with ground material? Can the valves be blocked by any type of material?

Most ground materials are fine, no problem, our gravimetric blender can process them normally.
